Dr. Rosensweig is the founder and senior partner at Rosensweig & Co. Law Offices and has served in the past as a pivotal member in several government committees. He remains a well-known advisor on issues of taxation, M+A and commercial matters, specializing in international and domestic taxation, commercial and corporate law, international business transactions, as well as finance, banking and securities matters. His firm today specializes in advising high net worth families relating to inter-generational transfers, structuring of international and local investments, immigration to Israel, as well as cross-border trust and estate issues.
Parallel to his legal career, Dr. Rosensweig served as Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of numerous public and private companies, including Chairman of First International Bank of Israel. In recent years he has substantial involvement in forming and assisting technological enterprises.

Yedidya Rosensweig is a partner at Rosensweig & Co. Law Offices. He is an expert on matters of both international and domestic taxation, as well as commercial and corporate law. Yedidya has experience in advising high net worth families relating to inter-generational transfers, structuring of international and local investments, immigration to Israel, as well as cross-border trust and estate issues.
In addition, Yedidya is also competent and qualified to perform and submit Ongoing Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives for the Appointment of Guardians, and other related documents according to the Legal Competence and Guardianship Act, 1962
